Peach puree concentrate is made from the sound, fresh ripe white peaches. Peaches are thoroughly cleaned, sorted, crushed, de-stoned, finished, evaporated and sterilized. The concentrate is filled into 55-gallon aseptic bags in open-head steel drums.
